Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Neuroscribbles. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind

Neuroscribbles does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including where a customer no longer wants or needs an item or has selected the wrong product.

Please review product descriptions and your order carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@neuroscribbles.com.au within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy where applicable. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund or other remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.

Please do not dispose of or return an affected item unless we have provided instructions to do so.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or is significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible at info@neuroscribbles.com.au.

We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, assist with lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved or required:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed in the currency in which the original transaction was completed.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

You will be notified once your refund has been processed.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
