At Neuroscribbles, each item is made to order through a print-on-demand process. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@neuroscribbles.com.au within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will organise a replacement at no additional cost.
In most cases, you will not be required to return the original item and may keep it.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or is significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.

Responsibility for lost parcels is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Once an item has been confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only.

Refunds (Exceptional Circumstances)

Refunds are not generally offered, however in rare circumstances where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • All refunds are processed in AUD
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provide
