Shipping policy
Order Processing
All Neuroscribbles products are made to order using a print-on-demand process. This means each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed.
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and production before your order is shipped. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location and carrier. Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 3–10 business days after dispatch
- International: 7–21 business days after dispatch
These are estimates only and delays may occur due to postal carrier issues, customs processing, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
A $9.95 flat-rate is charged on all domestic standard shipping, throughout Australia.
All other shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed. All prices are shown in the currency you have selected. Currency can be selected at the top-right hand side of the website header or bottom-left hand side of the website footer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. Neuroscribbles is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or marked as lost, please contact us at info@neuroscribbles.com.au and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier and determining next steps on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@neuroscribbles.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Neuroscribbles is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
